Trip to Thailand

The humidity was the biggest issue for me..but after about 3 or 4 days I was good

How's the food? Do they have a vegetarian diet or an all spicy diet? I live in the Philippines which is also a tropical country but all my life i've been sleeping in AC rooms. :D

Man, how the hell can you guys not work for a month?

A month? More ilke 3-6 minimum needed! As in all sports you need a few weeks just to acclimate and get up to 100% training capacity.

3 months is the biggest leave I can take without losing my job - I'm going to have to wait until a break in my career to do the 6+ month thing...

Damn, where you from? Unless you're from a tropical climate, I think going to thailand during the summer would be hell.

I'm from Canada. I was just planning on being naked the whole time.

I'm also considering a trip to Thailand in the near future. I have spent a lot of time in Thailand in the past but never to train. Definantely let me know what camp you decide on if you wouldn't mind. Thanks.

Updated my post. As of now those are my plans.

I already train Muay Thai, albeit not twice a day for that long. But I think a month you can learn alot. With that said, what kind of jobs do you guys have where you can just say "Hey Phil I gotta head to Thailand to train, be back in 3 months LOL!"

You gotta stop letting Phil call the shots.

Damn....your plane ticket is quite pricey...it's around $1000-1200...(Vancouver, BC).. but i guess it also depends on which airline you take. :)..

Sinbi looks really good...hope you have a fun and safe trip! I'm itching to travel...but school gets in the way....lucky you..

Holy phuck it's 1800 dollars for a flight to Thailand!!!! DAMN! That's more than the entire trip itself. That's a bitch : [

Is there any cool boxing camps in Mexico? What about BJJ in Brazil? I need to ameliorate my spanish and/or Portuguese.

Make sure to bang the horz

And wear like 6 condoms.

Dude +1 million on this.

I was doing research on trips to Japan, China, etc. trying to get the best deal online.

Walk into SF Chinatown to a friend's recommended place and I cannot believe it. They will get you near to the kind of rates that people who live in that country get.

I saw the agent in my campus community center, I figured I'd have awhile to check out some other places and shop around for tickets. Never thought to check out an Asian community though. I'll give it a shot thanks.

I trained at Fairtex Bang Pli,great camp cause of the one on one training.Phuket has plenty of good camps, it just depends on u and how much work your willing to put in.
