    Crazy stuff. Don't know too much about Christopher Bergland (the winner), but I know that Dean Karnazes is famous for feats like this...

    The story says that one dude DID fall off with 1/3 of a mile to go. He managed to pull himself together and get the record.

    thats real brutal, id be bored off my ass, probaly fall asleep then fly off. 9,4 aint fast but damn thats long

    yeah u should see this show on like the discovery channel or history where it shows the human bodies limits and how far it can be pushed (sorry cant think of name)

    piece of cake for karnazes since he ran a 300 mile marathon non-stop for 3 days.

    He's not a fast runner but he's got endless endurance....so probably why he didnt win this feat...
