There are in fact gender affirming fellowships. Look it up, chump.

Specific fellowship training is not required because it didn’t exist until maybe 6-7 years ago.

Most gender affirming surgeries now involve a plastic surgeon. Training is at minimum 6-8 years post medical school, depending if you enter directly or through general surgery. You can look up the requirements and stats. It’s definitely objectively harder to become a plastic surgeon than neurosurgeon, and plastic surgeons usually sit at the top of the pay charts.

There are other specialties involved in multidisciplinary teams at hospitals that do these surgeries. I would guess it would be common to see obgyn and urologists involved in hysterectomies and orchiectomies. Some are also trained in pelvic reconstruction surgery (another fellowship). And I’m sure they could also pursue training in the gender affirming fellowships. There will be more and more of these training programs in the coming years.

The women felt the system railroaded into the transitioning and she found the Reddit site and got support to help her detrans. But she's infertile now, has giant scars on her chest where her boobs used to be and will need a plastic surgery to bring them back.

It’s actually really simple, as kids are naturally curious and open minded, and less hindered by biased tribal thinking that allows nonsensical ideas to flourish.

For the most part, the trash being promoted is irrational and crumbles under even the slightest scrutiny. As such, you just explain the reality, and more often than not, the kids understand.

Obviously the child's consent doesn't matter, its the parent consent that does. Some states even allow minors to get married if they have their parent's consent.

I'm skeptical of these gender affirming treatments but I understand the parents who consent to them. Lots of parents don't care about the culture wars, they want their child to be healthy and happy. If a doctor tells you your kid has a rare disorder with a potentially 41% chance they die without treatment, you're going to be open to experimental treatment options. I just wish the trans-activists would admit that gender reassignment surgery is in fact an experimental treatment instead of treating it like a proven remedy to gender dysphoria.

Had this exact brief convo with my sister recently. She's a massive Lefty but ultimately, what pays the bills is she's a fucking excellent doctor with her own surgery.

I said to her, "very soon you're gonna have some difficulty decisions to make. Because very soon your daughter (8 this year) is gonna be coming home telling you that teacher says men can be women and women can be men, and little girls like her who enjoy sports etc, might in fact be little boys all along."

Do you know the Federal Age of Consent is 16? That is also age of consent in the majority of red states. So, to review, you were very upset at children, their licensed doctors and families choosing to have this surgery at a University medical facility. You thought it was so bad you equated it to minors consenting to sex and you had to make a false accusation against me. You now appear to have just learned that in a state like GA a 40 year old and minor may have sex, totally legally. Let’s hear your outrage. Are you going to accuse the GA Governor and Republican Legislature of being “minor attracted persons?”

Goths etc are a dying breed in my city. Seems to be the same general crowd. You see quite a skater types but the Manson tee types have been taken over now, by tranny kids.

Dorks who "aren't really good at anything" would be shown love and acceptance in a society that was not deeply sinful. Love and acceptance don't have any requirement for being enabling but shame and ridicule are inherently shaming and limiting.


It is the lack of wisdom in a deeply sinful society that is the root of all of these problems. In a wise compassionate society any of this that is a dissorder would not ever get to the point it is
