What do you mean false equivalence? Your point was that a child can't consent (and then you insulted me). It turns out you were not correct, in most red states, and at the federal level the age of consent is 16, not 18. The fact that 16 is also the age of consent in much of Europe further proves my point that a child CAN, in fact, consent to somethings, legally. You didn't think that was possible.
