Since nobody is doing crotch checks at entrances to public bathrooms, I say allocate them by gender rather than sex as well as have gender neutral bathrooms, with closed stalls.

A news segment I saw recently touched on why Gen Z are getting turned down for jobs more and more. I think it was a Canadian study, but among other things(can't stay focused, can't follow rules, have trouble making eye contact, etc) this one stuck out the most to me. They found that 18% of recent grads are bringing their fucking parents to job interviews. Considering it was 0% for any adult who wasn't mentally handicapped not too long ago, that is some sad shit.

I countered that this is hysterical nonsense, and statistically not only do 3rd trimester abortions make up less than 1% of all abortions, but in most cases of those 3rd trimester abortions, they happen because of medical complications and not as "a form of birth control". Yeah I read the same about them bringing their parents along. They also have a hard time adjusting to the workplace environment (professionalism, balancing workloads, etc.). Too much coddling, entitlement and no real preparation for what it’s like in a corporate environment. It’s a no brainer to pay more for older and experienced personnel.

I'd also wager that a lot of companies look at them as nothing but potentially hazardous material. It seems that all they know how to do, is be activists and whine and bitch about every little thing(like capitalism, which really goes over well in business world). They'd probably go to HR to complain about a toxic workplace, if they were asked to work overtime.

At the end of the day, I think companies are starting to discriminate against them, thanks to the diva reputation they've earned. I'd imagine even the seemingly normal ones have to carry that baggage with them, whenever they go for an interview. They've stained themselves pretty bad.
