I read an article 6 or 7 years ago about a woman who attempted transitioning into a man. She said she felt like she was a man and was tired of the fact that it seemed like no one respected anything she had to say at work meetings. She said when she spoke she would get cut off because she was a woman, but when the men spoke, everyone listened intently. She blamed it on sexism and was tired of being ignored.

So she went through the transition to look and act more like a man and immediately regretted it because now she was ignored in every facet of life. Doors were no longer held open for her. Conversations were no longer randomly struck up with her by strangers. No one talked to her at bars anymore. She said she felt invisible when walking around in public and she still had no respect from her peers at work meetings.

Welcome to the life of being a man where you have to make things happen yourself.

After some relatively unremarkable protests in Canada a couple of weeks ago, which were significantly promoted by (and attended by) Muslims, here we have Canadian left wing media arguing that the root of all of the protests was actually Pizzagate and QAnon. Holy strawman.

On the topic of left wing insanity, here's another Walrus article on gender, which is actually internally consistent. At least they make their (ridiculous) position clear:

"Miller instead defines gender as a developmental process. “The variety of gender is as rich as the multitude of plants in the plant world,” they add. In Miller’s paradigm, gender cannot be reduced to biology, psychology, or social roles but is rather the way that an individual responds to all of these factors over time. From this perspective, trans people aren’t really so different from non-trans people: we all explore and develop our gender identities as we grow from childhood into adulthood, but some people experience bigger and more visible changes than others."

In other words, the concept of gender as a category is absolutely meaningless.

Yeah the two points you brought up are 100% true in the workplace.

“no one listens to women” and “women have to fight to get to where they are” are just statements. As you said, most people are ignored in meetings and no one got to a high level without working hard. In HR I can unequivocally say that women are the dominant gender and there are a lot of turds who float to the top. I’m not complaining about it like they would if men were on top.

There are pros and cons to being a man and a woman. Feminists want all the pros and none of the cons.

The sad thing about women transitioning into men is that people aren't going to instantly respect them as a man in any fashion. Transitioning has no bearing on their ability to provide or protect. It doesn't all the sudden change their personality to a charismatic extrovert. They don't all the sudden become as funny as a guy. Opportunities don't just fall in your lap because you look like a dude. IMO you have to work harder at a lot of things. Men don't really get hired because they're attractive but I would argue that a lot of decent and on up looking women have been given the upper hand in the hiring process due to their looks. The pros and cons go both ways and people just need to accept that.
