I just do not understand what Law states we should pay for this through public funds? Breasts are not a life saving medical procedure...breasts for a Trans person are tits on a bull...They are just for aesthetics. This absurdity will lead to backlash and possible violence towards trans people. You tell people they are paying for this and I can see dire consequences.

Anything other than he/his, she/hers, or they/them is crossing the line and shouldn't be respected. GTFO with zer/xer/doe or whatever made up genders are circulating around reddit and Twitter.

I always felt like those were cis people trying to be edgy and piss off their parents. Those pronouns never felt authentic to me for some reason. The vast majority of trans people I talked to never wanted those pronouns.

That's one thing we agree on, for sure. Majority of the pronouns crowd are just teen 'rebels' - in 2005 they'd have been goths or nu-metallers / emo kids. The pronouns / non-binary thing is just modern rebellion - what better way to piss off mom and dad than basically rebel against your very biological makeup. "This is how wrong you got me, mom and dad - THIS IS HOW LITTLE YOU UNDERSTAND ME!"

Not really. A few isolated incidents. I think Asians are victimized more than Trans people in terms of violence. They wouldn't target female to male as most are petite and most of the time you don't always know what you are looking at. And Male to female, are still males in stregnth and size, and many are not taking shit.

Most of those targeted with violence are sex workers - in other words, they are not singled out anymore for violent attacks, statistically, than any other form of sex worker (female, male, gay, straight).

There is no epidemic of trans people in the general populace being attacked or targeted - no more so than any other group of people. Of course it happens, but not on any kind of scale to warrant moral hysteria.
