Hey guys a regular on the forum mostly in the grappling section but anywho.....I signed up for Jiu Jitsu 5 years ago now and have lost over 100lbs so now I've been maintaining my weight ever since. In that time period I also became a runner and I find myself to be constantly in the gym more than ever. My question to you guys is...I usualy lift weights at work during lunch on my days that I don't have BJJ class and in the evening I do strength and conditioning followed by my cardio for the day, is this the correct way i should be doing my workouts or is there a certain way that is better for results?

Read the S&C FAQ. Also, what exactly are your goals? What do you mean by "is this the correct way"? Correct and optimal are different.

More detail. What do you do, specifically? What are your goals? Chances are the FAQ has all of your answers...
