Training
9:30 rugby training
Starting off with a short run around the pitch, then stretched off
We then went onto passing drills, running in an attacking line, passing across, introducing double passes
and weaving.
After a while we went onto ruck practicing, first onto sheilds with just bridging and popping the ball
out, then moved onto 'live' practicing with two teams.
Finally went onto full games, trying to implement what we had practiced.
