Saturday 03/05
10.00 4 x brioche rolls

3.00 ham sandwich with sweet chili sauce

6.00 sirlion steak [cooked rare] with peas and sweetcorn

Training
9:30 rugby training
Starting off with a short run around the pitch, then stretched off

We then went onto passing drills, running in an attacking line, passing across, introducing double passes

and weaving.

After a while we went onto ruck practicing, first onto sheilds with just bridging and popping the ball

out, then moved onto 'live' practicing with two teams.

Finally went onto full games, trying to implement what we had practiced.

Sunday 04/05
10.00 Grilled bacon roll, excess fat cut off

3.00 sugar free fruit scone

6.00 chicken breasts [two] marinaded in sweet chili sauce
potatoes, cus cus, potatoe salad and pasta
 
Monday 05/05
8.00 2 x toast

2.00 2 x chicken breasts in a bun, salad and coleslaw

6.00 moroccan lamb with apricots and barbequed mixed vegetables
