Snap , the original silver costume especially. I have the X men Marvel Legends one on retro card but I wish there was a disco one ....
And my apologies, I know I often mention comics in here but there's such a cross over between the genres I feel it's okay...
Tried for Micronauts toys but nothing available anywhere. Probably for the best , that's not a rabbit hole I really should enter ....

Yup , the link works , thanks . I looked at the Mythic Legions as bad guys for Conan, Belit , Red Sonja and I rejected them , can't remember why , possibly price or the sizing wouldn't work...

Gigantor is one of the grandaddies of anime and, along with Astro Boy and Speed Racer, was some of the earliest anime to get imported to the west. Very cool.

Cheers. I didn't know what it was until I looked earlier after posting it. It's obviously a modern funko thing . There were 3 of them, the red n yellow, white and blue and a white one. I think I got the most expensive one because I liked the colour best ... there's a nice glitter effect inside it .
I think I came up with a list of 21 or so nerdy shops , comics , retro toys, games, cards , modern toys , Lego and movie/TV geeky stuff
We've managed to do 18 or so of them and my friends might have finished them without me tonight and the feeling is that it's been a bloody good time. The other two are out this evening, I'm holed up in bed , I buggered up my knee a couple of months ago and it really acted up about 4 or 5 days ago.... shortly before I came here . Got real problems walking on it. Home tomorrow and doctor on Saturday instead of a toy fair.
Oh , we found another shop whilst looking at comics , there's a boardgame shop in the same arcade of shops .

i picked up some comic books today, gonna post them here since @Tone C posted his here.
got some xena, batman: the long halloween, and terminator. i got some terminator graphic novels last year from the same spot, so it was cool to find something more in the way of that. for the three issues of xena it was $6, terminator was $1, but batman was $17. which isnt too bad because new its $40 so, i'll take it.
(i wish that were me looking up xena's skirt)
oh and youll see here the other books i grabbed and my tea samples lol

I saw "The Long Halloween" anime that DC made. Wow. When it comes to anime, they have Marvel beat by a country mile. AMAZING movie.

i only just learned of its existence last night when i was browsing the local bookstore inventory. i looked up "halloween" in hopes for the movie novel (hey, let a girl dream!), and this batman book came up. i looked it up on google and loved the art style so decided id get it.
like look at these!
i need prints of them on my walls!
