I'm talking about this, $80 Mattel Creations Megabloks, their version of HasLab?

I think I received my GI Joe Skybound Issue 1-5 compilation in the mail, and it's quite thin.

Apparently Target sells a few Marvel tradepaperbacks and I was surprised the page size was much smaller than normal comic size.

If you have an "Ollie's" nearby, hit that up. It's basically an overflow chain where they buy stuff the big stores can't sell. My cousin got a hardbound Avengers trade masterwork edition for around $30.

After seeing so many posts about dirt cheap unsold ML figures at Ollie's, I wish we had one here. Next best thing we have is Ross and the other day saw one dude who didn't look like a baseball fan thoroughly hoarding all the MLB jerseys and am guessing he'll flip them at the swap meet. Saw one chubby young woman hoarding Gundam Universe, one adult guy hoarding Star Wars TVC.

Gundam Universe figures at Ross?!? Well, looks like I'm shopping with the wife tomorrow.

First thought watching the Rattler unboxing and hearing the crew say how big the box is, what did I get myself into? Almost wish the HasLab was just the vehicle and not add on figures and blast effects in order to keep the box size small as possible. Will need a GI Joe aircraft, but not necessarily big and to scale. Sounds like next HasLab is Snowcat based on their keywords in their hints.

Extremely rare appearance though maybe year or two ago. Saw RX-78, something from Gundam Wing. Maybe $12 each. I should have snatched the RX-78 while the fat woman was taking pics of it or Facetiming it. They do seem to get wiped out promptly at Walmart and Target. I don't recall seeing any at Gamestop.

Saw this Hot Wheels rig at Target and it brought me back to the days of when I was a kid and getting a really cool Hot Wheels car!

Bit of a story behind this one.

My mom had passed and we were on our way back home for the funeral. It was a long drive so, we stopped off at a Walmart to grab some supplies. I hit up the toy section (It's just reflex now:cool: ) and I saw this, held it in my hands and thought "I'll get it on the way back."

Of course, due to events, we didn't go back the same way, but I've always had this on my mind, and I decided to hunt one down on Ebay and snagged it. All diecast and the back part comes off to showcase the engine. My mom never learned to drive but I think she would've liked her "Silver Northstar."

Rest in peace x

$64.99 is not exactly an easy decision pre-order for one big figure. Besides, sold out on Amazon fast.

I was thinking hard about grabbing it, but I already have the Diamond select one.
