And another thing , the Iron Man shield shows Tony Stark on the Secret Wars figures.

Wasn't this at the time Tony was inside a bottle and Rhodey (?) took over the suit ? I'm sure I remember that right...

You are 100% correct. Tony was literally a drunk in the gutter at that time and Rhodey had taken his place inside the armor. On battleworld when Reed was modifying the gauntlets so they'd work properly there he went...

Reed - "Fascinating!"

Rhodey - "Surprised that a Black man is inside the armor?"

Reed - "Actually no, I was intrigued by the machinations of the micro-circuitry."

The only ones I think I might order is Titania almost certainly and possibly The Beyonder . I don't yet possess a Captain America but I don't like the shield there .

And Kang , I like the figure and I'll probably get it but I don't think it's a £61 figure which is what Hasbro want....maybe £50 or £55 .

Didn't the leaked ML list say a Marvel vs Capcom Capt Am is coming in a two pack? High probability that shade of blue will be nicer, darker, royal. I bought the 80th anniversary Capt Am Alex Ross version (a bit too dark) and the Ultimates Capt Am for the color scheme. The Kang appeal is the throne. Didn't really unbox the BAF Fix-It version of Kang yet.

So the mystery part clue at the end... looked like a flattened pancaked Sandman head. Any chance it's a Chameleon accessory like Spidey's mask to hold in hand?

Also, news had this guy who as a kid shoved a Lego minifigure head with a 1x1 round piece on the top up his nose. 30 yrs later, doc told him to blow his nose in the shower and it came out. So all those years he never blew his nose? Or just now the right conditions existed for blowing nose to make the Lego come out?
 
I had subscribed to Ironman back around Secret Wars and I think maybe one cover had Tony in his tighty whitey underpants I guess because he was too occupied with alcohol to put pants on.

I haven't watched it yet, was at work whilst it was on ( damn shift work) .


How well does the Ultimate Cap work? I've looked at it a few times but I know it's not a 'proper' Cap . I was about to spring on the 20th anniversary but it sold out....

Would like a Chameleon and a comic Vulture...

And my son put a bit of flat pack furniture up his nose as a child...ended right up there and the doctor couldn't get it out . Ended up knocking him out and doing it under anaesthetic....

I thought Ultimate Capt Am had a brighter more vivid blue than 80th Alex Ross, but it's still a bit dark, but brighter than Alex Ross. It's like a cross betw comic and MCU Capt Am and I think it came with two similiar shit facial expressions. Not bad.

Will that be possible with Jada toys making the single Street fighter and Mega Man figures currently?
 
I saw Topps has the trading card license for Marvel, then on youtube I saw there's already a UK 2024 Topps Chrome Marvel trading card series when the word was for USA the first product would be 2025. I watched some of the pack opening videos and card art didn't look great or interesting like Upper Deck Platinum had some Sienkiewicz DD, Elektra art and John Byrne comic art and I think JR JR Wolverine art. The card backs looked very low effort with no strength, energy, intelligence ratings. EDIT: I saw one of the "autographed" cards where it has four characters on one card and the "autograph" is of the character's superhero name like Captain America, Ironman, Hulk, Thor, something like that. So someone signed that on the card, not necessarily the creator, writer, artist.

Maybe just the Marvel part of it and not using the MvC name? They already released the Ironman with giant cannon that needed its own translucent stand.
