Social Toy Collectors Thread

Pffft, I'm currently sat at work putting together a Lego Spider-man. Quite surprising how many nerds we have here. I knew there were loads of miniature rail enthusiasts here( not a surprise given I drive their full size versions) but people are chatting about Star Wars Lego ( one guy collects the helmets it turns out) , another has some old Transformers...

Battlestar Galactica got a mention too.

Just had a bunch of 50/60 year olds chatting about where they saw Star Wars for the first time, Wilma from Buck Rogers and her attractiveness...

Not a "toy" but when i saw this popcorn tin of my boy Rocket I had to have it. Went a bit crazy after seeing the movie and just buy stuff for my birthday. Have a cool GotG 3 poster I need framed, and some heroclix figs on the way too.

The reviews I watched are not exactly effusive in praise...

Going for around $75.



Or do I spend my dosh on the Alpha Flight set ? Or a second Rhino figure ? All similar ball park moneywise..well, Rhino is 50 bucks...

Sorry man I haven’t opened up my Rhino yet and don’t have any of the VHS one. I kinda want the carnage one.
 
I think that Rhino is a re-issue of the BAF. I think I ordered mine for low $30's and didn't open yet.
