At Target, I saw the new Hasbro D&D cartoon figures around $30 each. No idea how many per case, but they had two diff ones/pieces left and some of the transforming dice.

Got me a clearance $9 4" Fortnite Agent Jones. Articulation is very similar to 4" modern GI Joe. I'm hoping I can dunk the head in hot water and swap with MTF heads.

That white face paint, cloth straps, pouches, and armor just made me want to snag it when I first saw it.

Oh wow, this one, the ghost-face, and Hammer mech are my favorites! This one has the straps, pouches, sniper's hood, and ghillie suit all made with cloth. The attention to detail is just bonkers.

So....I need your help guys...

I was in my local supermarket early this morning and I saw these-








Now , I'm a Marvel / 2000ad fan normally but at work each year we have a charity box for toys for underprivileged children for Christmas.

Now I buy throughout the year , the Christmas just gone I donated about 40 items to the charity drive. I buy heavily discounted toys so there's some good stuff from me .

Now I wouldn't normally buy DC stuff but these were about $2 on clearance so I picked up 4 of them figuring I'd bundle all 4 together or 2 together ( made sure I got 2 villains to go with the heroes ).

The thing is , having looked at them...they're quite cool and I like them..now...I need your opinion on what the right thing to do is...

A. Keep them, you give a lot to charity, you deserve them.
B. Put them in the box you have in the garage for the Christmas toys you selfish bastard and slap yourself.
C. Keep them but just slap yourself anyway.

Well?

I often feel guilty when I spend money on myself or for things that I want. But my family never goes wanting and I'm still able to give to my Church and to charities. You deserve it.

I have 3 DC 4" Spin Master, and opened one: Aquaman. The sculpts seems low on details and seem meant for little kids. They're a step above the low POA Imaginext figures. I came close to buying a grey heavy armored Batman when Walmart had tons of them in the aisle display, but passed. The way they do the capes is also weird. I probably won't be buying more of these or the 3" Page Punchers unless they come with a comic I want to read.

I'll probably slow down buying McF Super Powers too after Deathstroke comes out.

Oh yea, they're not fantastic quality, I agree. They were around 8 or 9$ originally I think but I bought all 4 for about $8 . I just looked at them and thought " Actually I quite like those...." Dunno why , I just did, but then again you're talking to someone who owns a couple of Playmobil Asterix and Obelix sets....


I guess I like odd or quirky things....I better not say that to my wife though...

I saw speculation based on Amazon as seller listings w/o pictures of Jazwares 6.5" and small figure w/vehicle scale of Call of Duty. Sounds good. No more 4" GI Joe, so I'll buy this.

Haven't seen anything on UFC figures after the change up in scale. Curious if the WWE Elite Ken Shamrock is the same scale.

Cheers. I bought a Fisher Price superdog toy today and put it into the Christmas pile as it was heavily discounted. Plus it assauges my guilty conscience...
