I don't know what it is but the Hela with her helmet face looks wrong to me and the Captain Marvel head looks odd too , as does the body and I don't know why...
?

Anyone else think similar or have I been looking at too many Lego comics....?


I'd love that Iron Knight though....

They're doing an Iron Spider version too. Red suit and Black suit.

You're right though. Hela's head is too big for her body, but it does look like her 100%, IMHO.

A while back I realized Hot Wheels made a basic version of the Mercedes 560(?) in silver/gray which is what Dalton from Road House had as his non-daily car. By the time I realized this, I didn't think it was still available in stores since it was many cases ago. I ended up finding it in the front of the display as if by luck, but cost was like triple regular price.

Just picked up some Warhammer 40k figures for painting. Don’t play but enjoy the aesthetic and painting process. Will post in about 6 months when done!!

Went shopping today . Stopped at one supermarket. Had these reduced from around £33 to £12 so down to a third . Grabbed one at that price. I liked it anyway but at that price it's a steal.

Also picked up 2 other Lego 'girly' sets , half price, one will go in the Christmas charity box I've now been told I'm running after the retirement of the other person. The other to a friend's daughter.

And as I was going up the full price toy aisle there was a young couple with two kids sat in their cart ( I'm presuming they were their children and hadn't put them in for purchase).

I started speaking to them and they looked nervous ( might be the whole huge beard and long hair homeless vibe) .Or possibly my bodybuilding son walking around in a black wifebeater....I asked did their kids like Lego as there was loads going cheap in another aisle .

I gestured them to follow me and as they did I pointed them in it's direction.

We carried on shopping and left them starting to look through the sets left on the shelf ( Spiderman, Friends, Wolverine, Sonic and others) . A few minutes later I saw them again with one of their kids sat with a Lego set in their hands looking at the pictures on the box .

Liked that.

Yea, I think he should be squatter , more wider than that figure but at that price it's a no brainer for me . I've seen the Captain America one going cheaper than normal a couple of times but I just can't get past his expression...
