It sounds stupid on the surface, but I don't believe the Aldo KO is that great of evidence. The kicking ability is irrelevant since Aldo never attempted a kick. And I would guarantee that a rematch wouldn't end in 13 seconds. Randos could last longer than 13 seconds more often than not.

It's a good win, but it was too short of a fight to try to say that it's definitive Conor > Aldo.

Nope, he avoided bad matchups during those days. Fought Max and Dustin when they were green and intimidated. Diaz was never championship level. Eddie and Aldo were just beginning the downsides of their careers. Fighters learned Conor's game and he lost his aura. That version of Conor doesn't beat any of them. His competition has evolved beyond him.
