That would be an easy fight for him. He is avoiding Arman. The UFC will not give him Paddy, so he will probably vacate title and try to fight Islam at catchweight but I don't think Islam will go for it, nor will UFC.
There are too many other interesting fights to make first, before those two meet and Islam does not owe Topuria anything.
Whatever weight they fight at, Islam will always be bigger, but I don't want him to be affected by weight cut.

That fight between Ilia and Islam wont happen.
UFC not dumb enough to let one fighter stall 2 weight divisions especially not WelterWeight where they have a treasure of exciting contenders.
