Not to digress...but Scott is also trained in TKD, kickboxing, and muay thai. He's also been training MMA for a few years now.

It would be cool to see movie star battles like this under mma rules.

Fighting a champion or a contender in their weight class would be lame.

A one off heavily promoted bout between Tony Jaa and Scott Adkins or Scott Adkins vs Jason Statham would be sick and could smash PPV records.

Well, now that we're talking about aerial control, I can't not post Vellu:

not thaaat high as you would think. the learning process can be the toughest part but if you got friends who spot you and some good gym its pretty save.

I used to do more of the flips and fancy kicks, but couldn't get to that level. That's probably why I like watching him so much. As big as he is, he is so smooth in mid air.
