.....my rasslin' viewing.

I watched wrestling primary from 1992 to about 2003. Which was childhood through high school, roughly when the Attitude era finished up in the WWF/WWE.

From what I saw, WCW was the best dead org from that time, but by the time I started watching all the territories were dead.

From what little I saw of the territories on replay/archives, the Florida, Georgia, Mid-Atlantic and Mid-South territories had the best product.

Mid-Atlantic Wrestling/Jim Crocket Promotions
Championship Wrestling from Florida
Ring of Honor - even if this promotion gets brought back, it's been mediocre for years, but was great in its prime.

I was a kid in the 80's and got to watch the Memphis Territory, Crockett Promotions/Mid Atlantic, Georgia Championship wrestling and early WCW. The 80's was probably the best time in the history of the business for a fan.

What ECW was from '96 - '98 was my favorite time to be a wrestling fan.

I used to go to the Queens/poughkipsee/staten island shows (and once in the ECW arena) all the time in this period.

Once they tried to be bigger than that, and lost the gritty 2 am public access look,it started to decline for me. It wasnt as good. I still watched it til it went off the air but It had already lost alot by then. It was never meant for the mainstream.

Whatever you want to call what I watched when i lived in houston in 84-85 was the best (houston wrestlig? Mid South?). almost every single star was there regularly or at least on occasion. also, it was before the wwf turned them into cartoon characters. butch reed, jim duggan, ted dibiase, terry taylor, magnum ta, hercules hernandez, shawn michaels, dr. death, AL PEREZ, etc
