Boy Meets World - Shawn Hunter starting around season 3 when he turned emo.
Family Guy - Peter Griffin from the last 4 years. Character jumped the shark.
Friends - Phoebe. Hated every scene with her in it.
Family Matters - Laura Winslow. Once she got that dyke cut she was hard to look at.
The Wonder Years - Winnie Cooper. Amazingly well written character but it pissed me off to no end as a child the way she treated Kevin.

As you can see, I don't really watch any new shows. That Sheldon dude from Big Bang Theory is the reason why I couldn't make it through an entire episode though.
