Top 20 NFL QB's

Solid top 6

Tier 1
Elway
Marino
Manning

Tier 2
Rodgers
Favre
Brees
He stood in the pocket and hit his wide open TEs and WRs in crossing routes. Any half ass QB could win 10 SBs in those systems. Not to mention he relinquished custody of the refs to Mahomes when he retired.

You have Elway ahead of Brady, Montana, Rodgers, Brees, Favre.......how?

Look at his comp %, his passer rating, in a word......weak

Would you believe Elway left Stanford a .....minus over 200 rushing yards?

Laughable. You know what else he did? Set a bunch of all-time records in the NFL, won the most Super Bowls of any player across 2 different teams, and he mounted the single greatest comeback in Super Bowl history by overcoming a 25 point deficit. Could Betty White do that?

John Elway

He had.....1....4000 yard season
Never had a 30 TD season or a 100 passer rating season
His comp%....wimpy 56.9 his passer rating....wimpy 79.9

The guy is so damn over rated, sheesh~~~~~~~~~~

Because they threw the ball better than Brady could ever dream of. Really simple stuff.

She could motivate her defense as good or better than Brady for sure.

So wrong it's comical. All ...ALL...the QB stats have Brady on a whole other level than Elway, think Muhammad Ali vs Cleveland Williams.....who?

Brady has a far superior comp% and passer rating.

You're probably a salty Mahomes fan. Eh? He's already thrown more interceptions than Brady despite only having gone to half as many Super Bowls. Super Bowl losses? Brady's 3 losses only total a combined 15 points. Mahomes' 2 losses total a combined 40 points. LOL

Mahomes is Brady 2.0. Overrated to high hell and gets the refs to bail him out every game. No

Rocky did you ever see Elway play?

Who was his main WR?
Before Rod Smith and Ed McCaffrey? Vance Johnson, Mark Jackson, Ricky Nattiel. Watched Mike Pritchard drop about 100 passes during his short tenure with the Broncos. Sure screwed up Elway's completion percentage stats. Another reason why stat sheets don't mean shit.

Cry more. Not only is Brady the greatest QB to ever play professional football but he's arguably the greatest player regardless of position.
I'm willing to go against the brainless retard mentality and acknowledge he's the most overrated athlete in sports history to which there is no close second. He almost never had to go past his first read, look off a cover 2 safety or throw the ball 10 yards past the line of scrimmage. He spent at least 9 seasons straight with Spygate and having personnel in headsets with binoculars on a mic relaying to him to watch for a two deep blitz. He's a mediocre QB who lucked out and got carried his entire career. These things happen.

There's more to evaluating QB talent than "but ringz br0".

Cool story, bro.

Jerry Rice concedes GOAT status to Tom Brady

Joe Montana admits that Tom Brady is 'definitely' the best NFL player ever

Rocky, Pritchard played two seasons with Denver, he was targeted 94 times, caught 52 balls, that is 42 not a 100.

Seem to be on a roll of mis info.

And Tom Brady in an interview said "I know myself as a player. I'm really a product of what I've been around, who I was coached by, what I played against, in the era I played in. I really believe if a lot of people were in my shoes they could accomplish the same kinds of things."

I'm glad you showed that you're incapable of independent thought and just recycle the opinions of others to form your own. Kinda sold yourself out there. But thanks for playing.

You accuse me of not being a free thinker and yet here you are quoting Brady to piggyback off of his opinion. Genius. You do realize that only a few players have ever won Super Bowls in their 40s. Whitworth, Horan, Feagles & Brady himself. Brady won 2 in his 40s nearly 3. Show me a more clutch player with better longevity. You can't.

43½ years old when he won Super Bowl LV (2021)
41½ years old when he won Super Bowl LIII (2019)
39½ years old when he won Super Bowl LI (2017)

I wasn't quoting Brady to piggyback off his opinion. I've been calling Brady overrated long before he ever called himself overrated. I was using your own argument against you. Use brain.

A Super Bowl is a team effort. Betty White would be the GOAT if she were allowed to play on those teams. Not a difficult feat to puppet your way into titles. He rode the wagon and got carried his entire career. He even knows it. It's ok to end your career as the most accomplished player and not the greatest.

Most accomplished generally implies that you're the greatest. Again, who wins multiple Super Bowls in their 40s and on different teams? Nobody had ever done that until Brady came along and I doubt we'll ever see it again. That's called longevity and it's often a significant factor when judging greatness. The fact of the matter is that the consensus out there is that Tom Brady is the GOAT. Pundits, sportswriters, historians, analysts, the general public all view him as such. Your contrarian opinion is typical to see around here. It's not unique.
