What about Funky Ben? He's been dominating known champions throughout his run....bawahahahaaaah

Sakurai? wth?
Shields way lower then that. Overhyped. Maia above his ass.

Miletich and hendricks lower, johny clearly a product of ped's.

Think harder.

Lawler ranked too high.

Shields should be either 2nd or 3rd at worst.

  1. Shields overrated lmao... barely squeeked by Kampmann, got his ass knocked out by Ellenberger

Ben Askren will beat 8 of these guys

I'm confused as to why Rory counts as elite wins for some guys but only a quality win for Condit? This happens with others as well.

Top 6 are fair.

After that it gets a bit silly.

And Fitch should definitely be in there somewhere.

I'd say around #7.

I agree. For a long time it seemed like he was the best WW behind GSP. He is definitely top 10.

Where's Fitch? How soon we forget

No titles and no elite wins. His only quality wins are Thiago Alves, Diego Sanchez, Paulo Thiago, and Mike Pierce.

Given this who should he be ahead of?

Your criteria seem to be inconsistent. For instance, When Matt Hughes beat BJ, that's considered an "elite" win. But for GSP and Nick, BJ is merely a "quality" win. Also you have Fitch as "elite" for Hendricks, but once again just "quality" for GSP.

It depends on timing. Condit fought Rory before he was fully matured. He wasn't even top 10 yet.

Putting BJ as quality wins for GSP were errors. I actually have the BJ wins listed as elilte for GSP. By the time Nick beat BJ he had declined and was on a losing streak.

And Fitch being an elite win for Hendricks is an oversight. I'm not sure why I did that but it's fixed.

Because Anderoid beat Sakurai duh

Sakurai was the #1 p4p fighter in the world when he was a welterweight. Plus the numbers speak for themselves. Started out 18-0, won a major title and defended it, and he has the 4th most top 10 wins in the division's history.
