It's subjective and everyone has their opinion. Having said that, Fitch should only be behind GSP, Hughes, Lawler, and Hendricks. You said he never won a title. Guess what? He's the WSOF champ. Condit/Shields wouldn't have had titles if they spent their prime years fighting in the UFC with GSP. And don't get me started on those bottom 4 guys.
