Resolved Toolbar help needed

My toolbar is subdued at I’m not able to access any of the functions, this is what it looks like for me. Any help would be appreciated

Three Dots next to the Smiley Face. Hit Toggle BB... It's the broken square looking thing.

My tool bar has gone dark as well. Hitting the dots does nothing for me though

Above is what it looks like. Everything is darkened out. I even tried logging out then back on. Still entire tool bar is darkened out.

Click the second set of dots from the left... Toggle BB ( broken square ) and press it.
