too young?

thanks for all the responses.i think ill just stick with protein shakes and good food.
 
I was a "hard gainer" all through my teens and 20's. I over trained and over-supplemented. My stomach was always a mess. I was always skinny but ripped. Now at 35, Im 6 ft 215 with low body fat and good size. All I take is a good whey protein drink pre and post workout. I cook up a shitload of chicken and beef early in the week and put them in serving size tupperware. I get all the creatine I need from the beef and great quality protein too. Eat good, sleep good, live good. Good luck.
