Media Tony Ferguson releases statement following latest loss to Paddy Pimblett at UFC 296

Please retire Tony. I bet Dana will give you a job in the booth or something. That'd be a nice parting gift. And entertaining af.

It might take Tony to get obliterated by Khabib to finally quit.

I think he still somehow believes he can take Khabib and that's the only fight that matters to him.

Who's next?

Tony would lose even to a flyweight or a female fighter at this point.

Who's next? Someone who convinces him to retire should be next.

The background color and font with the emojis looks like what an old person would use on someones FB page to remember them when the person dies...how fitting.
Just being a grown man and Using Emojis is a sign of CTE or mental retardation itself..

Move him up to Welterweight and give him Legend Killer Mike Jackson.

He's going to have a sad end to his life, this is the dark side of this sport.
It's not set in stone, he's a hard worker with a huge amount of support, that can take you a long way. Always thought he looked like a solid coach in the small amount of coaching video's i've seen.

Tony Bless

Im done w Tony. He needs to stop.

The most significant thing separating Tony and Jim are strength of schedules. If Jim Miller had fought out Tony's list of opponents for the past 7 or 8 years, he'd be on a record-setting streak of losses.

It's a competitive matchup, if both guys are still going to be a part of the organization. Also, seriously doubt that Tony gives a shit whether you're "done" with him.

Now now no need to say pointless shit like this because your sore about Tony.

If any of us cared about this then no one would post. Tony is just awful to watch at this point. The will to fight is there, but his body no longer obeys.

The damage at this point may be too much already regardless of support. And it appears he still has at least one more fight in mind. It really is brutal watching fighters play with this line.

Could be, we won't know until we know.

Sometimes in life, you encounter people whom you can't save from themselves. Tony is one of these people sadly.

He's going for world record in most UFC fights lost without being cut.

But that to me is what is dark.
All I was just saying is it's not certain as you initially made it seem. Anyone of them on the roster could have an utterly terrible post-fight career, it's a sport we as fans have to accept a certain amount of disconnect from empathy for. I hear you though.

Tony has to realize his time is over.
I can only think he is doing this now as he *needs* the money. That's my guess.

He’s just gonna join BKFC or Karate Combat or whatever once the ufc cuts him, Tony is gonna keep being Tony regardless of what company he works for lol
