I actually don't think he'll get past Drago, but even if he does it wouldn't mean a lot regarding Tom as obviously they are very different, and Tom is a much better grappler who subbed Volkov in under four minutes. So better start crossing those fingers!

It'd be bad for the (lets face it already pretty low) credibility of the division though. The champ being a guy who already came up short in two title fights and got wrecked in under 2 mins by a now retired LHW who was coming off of 3 years of inactivity. As long as Tom stays on top and doesnt get "exposed" it at least looks like theres one guy in this era who could hang in the golden age.
