Tom Clancy's: The Division 2 - Official Thread

For PRIDE's quick observations on across the board HP and Ar bump, I suspect the answer is revealed above in comments re: PvP and (then forthcoming) Raid considerations.
 
I think I've got a good enough build to do the raid, but I still feel I'm missing something.

You have the armor repair drone and the revive-hive.... Can you put your finger on what you're missing? I'm intrigued...

I might be missing more skill power. I increased my health and armor each by over 25k. I used to have over 1.9k skill power, but now it's down to 1.1k. Lots of mods I can't use and I'm losing out on healing. I output more damage, though, so I guess the tradeoff isn't too bad.

239k armor
184k health
1.1k skill
57% damage to elites
55% hazard protection

I'm using a Custom P416 and a Military MK46. I honestly think the only thing I'm missing is the healing.
 
For almost all engagements I have been running a semi-auto AR with a 12x scope, coupled with either a full auto AR or and SMG lately.

I'm going for the blueprint to the chatterbox today. I had to wait 24 hours because I went for the bank mission, but you have to have all of the parts before the blueprint will drop!!!! :mad:

Yeah, that's the worst part about exotics on this game. I wish they'd just drop like they used to.

It seems like to me that you have to have an AR on your hip. The rifles just don't seem worth it. There was someone with a rifle build that was melting Hunters, though. I don't know his specs.

Recalibrate your kneepads for talent Patience. I've logged into the servers the last three days to play around and it's still an OP source for regen; it rolls on kneepads (only?) in my experience so that's your target if you need hit the pavement and farm. Given the cover condition is met, a simple reload and short exhale will have you topped off at 240K in some seconds. If presently dedicating a Skill slot for individual heal, this effectively renders that redundant and opens up offensive or group-support options, to your fancy.

I'd need pads with that and Hard Hitting. I rolled my current pads for health.

Hey, lol, I needn't tell you how bad the sacrifices (codeword: tradeoffs) sting in this game but they register on the Richter scale in some cases depending on how close you are to your Odin build. I used to log in and sometimes not even exit the respective safehouse; housekeeping, I'd call it. Lol

Game is fun but whoever designs ubisoft hub areas/maps should be out of a job. It shouldn't be confusing and a walk around the fucking park playing sherlock holmes to find the upgrade person. Seriously. How the fuck do you fuck up a hub area and make it such an ugly mess? Lmfaoooo Why can't I just do half this shit from my fucking regular menu like every other game on earth? Why do I need to remember where 50 fucking people are to do simple upgrades/buy shit? Game play is fun but everything that surrounds it is a fucking mess and total turn off for me.

Me and @PRIDEWASBETTER did Tidal Basin last night on challenging.. After he had to leave, the squad got our collective butts pushed in about 5 more times. I couldn't take anymore and had to bail as it was super-late.

I'm going to do it on hard unless I get a Red Bull AND a G-Fuel I.V. drip! :)
