This is such a dumb statement incredible. Best marketing campaign in history has to be vegan nonsense. As an athlete you will suffer horrible doing a vegan diet because you lack substantial nutrients constantly. I accompanied several athletes were I warned them about it. Professional ones that earn their living in a high paying environment. They all had serious fall downs in performance and injury ratio.
I had an email contact with Mac Danzig when he changed to vegan , like anyone else because of ideological manipulation, and then suffered quite a lot in performance. The only way you can pull off the vegan diet and perform is with massive amounts of PED like Jon Fitch did.
I agree Brady doesnt look bad. I still hope he didnt do the buccal fat removal because when you age thats actually a problem loosing these subcutaneus fat deposits through aging process and its not only healthy but looks much better to keep them. Would advise every person strongly against doing it. You may look better if you want that certain look for some years but it will change into being detrimental.
I said a "mostly vegan" diet. He said he never became fully vegan.
But, to be clear, I don't care what you think you know because the amount of ignorance I've encountered over the years thanks to the broscience circle jerk surrounding excessive protein/meat diets is probably more obnoxious than the ignorance I've suffered at the hands of hippie vegans who disingenuously forward arguments about health when their sincere concern is always rooted in politics and the environment.
A
mostly vegan diet has been shown, especially in first world countries beset by obesity, and an excessive consumption of animal fats, like our own, to be one of the finest diets for health, and especially for longevity. And one of the principal reasons for this, big picture, is that it keeps the BMI down. No, we don't even have to pretend we're splitting hairs with more refined metrics like bodyfat percentage, or blood factors. Straight...up.......B...M...I. Keep it down, you live longer. Simple as that.
Such a diet is up there with the Mediterrean diet and the DASH diet.
And Tom was winning Super Bowls into his early 40's, so his results speak for themselves. I don't care about any anecdotal nonsense shared with me on a Karate forum.
