Firstly, I hope for his sake that he is ok and isn’t actually blind still.

Second, I don’t fucking believe that he is actually still blind….like at all. One eye was legitimately finger fucked but unfortunately for Tom that wasn’t the eye he grabbed in pain he instead grabbed the one that was grazed over. I believe he hammed it up for the cameras upon reveal of the replay etc. This saga has been ridiculous given the lack of actual medical evidence which is what we expect as fans post fight ending injury.

Gane is a dirty fake fighter. He reeks of those guys who put on a fake facade that people eat up while doing dirty shit in the dark.

Reminds me of GSP. All smiles but how many scandals was this guy involved with? Ducking Hendricks, his “stomach problem”, greasing, coming back to fight for the title then leaving, spots on his stomach. Fake.

i mean the doctor he visited said everything was fine. of course, he can say stuff like 'oh i can't see' and nobody can tell him he's a liar. Bisping can cheat to pass an eye test, its even easier to cheat with the intention of failing.

my guess is that tom is trying to wait for this whole thing to blow over. he's been a fan favorite so long, and now everyone has turned on him. he's not sure how to handle it and is doubling down on the seriousness of the eye poke.

Its been exactly 1 month from the fight, whats the diagnosis? is he permanently blind from one eye? They cant just say "he is still blind" one month after, that would lead to stripping...if it does, way to shit on his career, or super bad luck if he is actually blind and has to look for medical help, losing the belt, and so on.
