The world is currently populated by a bunch of patchwork dolls (I wear contacts). I wish we'd just embrace the idea of genetic engineering instead of jumping through all these hoops just so we can pass as the idea of normal. It's like we're buying parts piecemeal to soup up some economy car/clunker instead of just building something better.

It costs anywhere from 5k-25k , but the rest of the hair still falls out. You have to keep getting them done, unless you respond really well to propecia / minox.

The rest of the hair still falls out, if you get a transplant you should be taking propecia and minox to hold the rest there. You will still lose the rest of the hair eventually even with minox and propecia just way slower.

It's surgery, not propecia. He had individual hair follicles removed from the back of his head and implanted in the front

You're misunderstanding what I'm saying, once you have a transplant the hairs that aren't transplanted will still eventually go. To keep those untransplanted hairs you have to keep taking propecia and minoxidil, if you don't they'll quickly go and you'll need another transplant. A transplant is only a temporary fix, not a cure.
