Tito Ortiz's last moment in the octagon was bizarre

Not sure if he ran away, but he definitely cried. He deducted points from himself in his book's "manliness test"
I'm deeply skeptical that real men spend time trying to make sure they're manly. That's how we wind up with douchebags getting pec implants while telling everyone else they're not alpha enough.

It was just fun, dumb thing in his book. 😇

Highly recommend it, though, only MMA book I've ever read and there's a lot of really good info and insight.

I just posted recently that I forgot all about this fight. Tito dropped Forrest with a hook that made Forrest do a backwards somersault.

Timestamped in this video, also this video has footage of the weird interview + apology

I thought Tito won that fight and I've never liked him lol I guess TBF, never been a fan of Griffin either.

Yeah he's an emotional fighter. Part of what made him fun to watch.

Tito's an emotional fighter too. He got so amped after beating Vitor he ran out of the cage and all over the arena waving a flag lol

@ 21 mins

LOL I wasn't watching MMA back then I never knew about this. Add him to the list of fighters that ran out after winning like BJ Penn and Aldo.

This was truly hilarious at the time.

Forrest owned the moment.

Dana going off is gold ...

Ah bro that era was when the ufc was the most fun.

Just in that video you got Tito running around the arena, Mike Goldberg making hilarious comments about it, Randy Couture giving his thoughts, Rogan laughing at Vin Diesel for wearing sunglasses in the building, Eddie Bravo giving his scores, Kerry Kasem interviewing, then Ken Shamrock and Chuck both get in the cage and start jawwing at Tito...the ufc was a helluva lotta fun back then. Good times!
