Part of me feels bad for Tito

He seems like a nice guy, honestly. I think he genuinely wants to help people and he seems like a friendly, chill dude. The only problem is that he is not very intelligent, at all.

this is local government, there’s non career community leaders in local government all the time. Having a micro celeb making decisions for your city/county is not something anyone should want, unless they’re super bright and have been consistently involved for a long time. I’m not sure Tito even has the capacity for critical thinking tbh
