He was one of the top P4p fighters in his prime w wins over Guy Mezger, Wandereli silva, Yuki Kondo, Evan Tanner, Vlad Matyushenko....

He ended up losing to Chuck, but that was a bad style match up. Same with Randy. Even after his prime he beat Vitor, Forrest Griffin, Bader.... should have beat prime Rashad Evans if a point wasn't taken. Almost got prime Lyoto in a triangle.

Very underrated.

He also beat the world's most dangerous man Ken Shamrock 3 times into living death

His success had a lot to do with his hard work. He would train six days, actually six days a week. Five days a week, he would train three days a week. One of those days he would train two days of the week. So, six days a week he would be training.

definitely.

he had some super serious injuries during his prime . had some really legit wins past his prime.
tito always had a lot of potential because his subs and wrestling are top level and he can take a lot of punishment.

i think the other top guys in his era were better but hes def underrated. def has a style with lots of potential and a lot that derailed him during his prime as well.

He was tough as hell forsure and his wrestling/grappling was top notch for the era prior to his 2nd loss to Chuck.

He never evolved though and injuries did take a toll on him so the falloff was steep.

As much of a moron as he was he sure knew how to get under Ken Shamrock's skin. He also knew how to piss off Dana and Chuck which even if it wasn't a good idea, it still kept him relevant.

He has huge brain size. The scientific community appreciates his contributions.

Extremely easy to dislike the guy, but that win over bader was pretty sweet. I mean bader was a -600 favorite going into that fight. To see Tito dust him in the first was pretty wack considering the shit streak he was on.

Only if he donates his brain to research into the effects of HGH when he dies.

Tito is living proof that head size does not equal brain size.

Tito did contribute to the continued popularity of the sport when it was in its darkest moment, much as I hate to give the blockhead credit for anything.

he really isn't. he had almost no good wins. i have no idea how he beat wand.

goes firmly in the 'pioneer of the sport' bucket. also the 'world's most annoying interview' bucket.

Yeah, he'll probably never get his due from newer fans due to his polarizing personality, but his resume is very impressive. He had a hell of a career.
