This is well chronicled, Randy accepted the fight knowing Timmeh was compromised.

I am too lazy to look up the source but even Pink Goof spoke about this later on.

Randy is not the nice guy everyone thinks he is or was...

Also Timmeh showed up to that fight 300+ pounds. Obviously didn’t take it seriously.

I hate people that bring this up, it’s like do you judge/remember Mike Tyson on his back to losses to Danny Williams and some other bum at the end of his career??

The point is it landed on tim. It didn’t land on kimbo, it didn’t land on remy.....it landed on tim in 5 seconds. But agree with the latter point.

Tim was also a 300+ pound blob who stopped caring at that point.

I have a hard time believing prime Tim wouldn’t be a top 5 right now in modern HW. I think he’s underrated

That said, unlike Tyson, this was literally the fight right after the fedor fight.....

He was a good heavy. For that time, probably very good.

Strengths: Good jab and straight right. TD defense. Cardio.

Weaknesses: Chin. Sub defense. Bowel control.

Like right after? 1 or 2 months after?

And I can tell you have gotten your butt kicked before so you can relate to the psychological damage a 37 second humiliation can do to someone.

Especially when Timmeh called the fight with Fedor the fight beforehand as the biggest fight of his career...
 
Of todays HWs in the UFC, I’d say he gets beat by Francis, Stipe, Rozenstruik, Lewis. But Gane, Blaydes, Volkov, Sakai and Daukaus, I don’t know. Might be able to crack the top 5 at no 5.
