Seems like younger peeps do it too but I could be wrong. To me a cap is classier than a skull cap if you are going that route. I dont know Tim Poole so dont know he wears it all the time but its silly in the summer.

He is not seen in public without it. I agree about the cap. I've had a couple of friends that had the perma-cap, lol. 24/7 had in on.

And his constant use of the beanie makes it worse.

He really should shave his head and ditch it.

I've never listened to him before, but the Left treats him like to massive pillar of the conservative movement. They latch on to the weirdest people.
