He's been deployed multiple times on special forces tasks apparently.

That's the case with many jobs and things in life. But knowing about something is not the same as facilitating it. Example: your boss probably knows that you surf the internet an average of two hours a day for personal reasons but does not fire you. Get it? wufabufa's comments clearly accused the government of playing part in issuing PEDs to special operators, so I disagreed as to my knowledge these actions are done at a personal level.
