There are penalties for making a motion as if to hit someone. The man made his choice, and then he got dropped. Shilling did nothing wrong in my eyes.

Angles. Kids face was sloped in the same direction as Tiki's fist as it connects (almost rolling away from it already). Only so much clean surface area in that situation. If the kid walked to Tiki's right and ate it ala Chuck Liddell vs Rich Franklin, he'd have been visiting the shadow realm.
