You can say that it was the same thing in regards that it was to solidify winning a decision in a championship fight. At the same time, against Joanna it was late in the 5th round to solidify that she won that final round as Joanna is really tough to keep down.

Against Weili, it was early in the round as Rose found out in the 4th round that it wasn't particularly hard for her to keep Weili down most likely due to her fear of everything Rose can do to finish fights. Considering that most had the Weili fight 2-2, dominating the final round without giving Weili a chance to do anything else was of particular importance. Rose has that high fight IQ to do what it takes to win in those championship rounds.
