Not sure about this, he looked massive.
But maybe too massive, I think he was at his best against Duffy/Rogers around 250-255lbs

He was too big around 263-265+ and lost significant speed

Agreed. That peak Ubereem physique was perfect for K-1 where he could plod forward in a shell and unleash in close. But you're right, in MMA it took away some of his speed advantages that can be the big difference maker at HW.

I think if JDS had fought Reem while he was on the tear at the start of his UFC run he'd have run right through him. His handspeed was the difference maker and likely would have bested Alistair in the pocket imo.

The Cain beatings took away every ounce of ferocity he previously had and everything since has been a tossup on paper.

Given blocks size and strength he should have at least achieved one takedown.

I've always loved this fight because it showed you exactly where Lesnar was as a fighter. Ubereem had absolutely no respect whatsoever for Brock and just thoroughly schooled him.

There are levels to this game and Brock is at a lower level. What can I say, unlike everyone going Brock crazy at the time, I just wasn't impressed with him -
bullying Mir and the never top level Texas Crazy Horse, along with a lower weight and definitely older Couture, and a Carwin gassd from beating Lesnar's ass.

It was nice to see my suspicions realized with Cain and Overeem mercilessly kicking Brock's ass back to pro wrestling, where the results are pre planned - hard to indulge in all that pro wrestling talk when your mouth is full of humble pie.

Also, I guess we were all shocked when Lenar was popped for being a juicehead after the Hunt fight - no one ever saw that coming, what a surprise!!!!

My only regret as far as Lesnar is we never got to see him fight the likes of Ngannou, that and he probably thought eating a diet devoid of any roughage wouldn't have any consequences.

Ubereem is a great case pro roids. Such a night and day difference. They worked for Uber so well. One of the greats on them. Doesn't matter if his opponents take them as well, he's stronger. Struggling to get a title fight without them.
