Thoughts on this nutritionists diet rules?

That being said vegan food items are healthier than animal ones. For health I´d say 20-30% of animal products is enough.
My cholesterol is good, but increase it by just 5% and I am entering the red zone, am in the green now. Like literaly at the end of the green line.

Vegetables, fruits are healthier than meat.

It´s obvious

The little advice she actually offers will kill you lol.

A few cliffs here:
  • Dairy consumption up to 3-4 servings is related to a 7% increase in all cause mortality rates. It's also STILL a driver of ApoB concentration in the blood when coupled with high fat diets at the neutral serving dosage (2 servings). So her saying eat loads of eggs, and don't worry about dairy is going to kill you (cancer or heart disease).

  • 80/20 is stupid. If you eat 2000 calories Monday - Friday of healthy food, then "indulge" for the weekend on high calorie treats, cakes cookies, ice cream, pasta and pizza, it's likely that 60%-70% of your total weekly calories will come from junk. Again, this will be terrible for lifetime health outcomes.

  • Total Cholesterol levels regardless of LDL or HDL makeup are one of the greatest predictors for all cause mortality when adjusted for all other contributing consumption factors (fruit, eggs, fish, nuts, tea, etc).

How much do you weigh, how is your blood work, what do you eat ?

Just please don´t hate on dairy because it gasses you and you can´t digest it.

Its not grains. Natural grains like fresh bread and pasta and oats aren´t ruining you. Are Italians fat ?

You are eating heavily engineerd and processed grain derived products and high sugar and high levels of unnatural fats. And chemicals.
I'm not personally eating that but that is what's widely available in the US and they spray it with herbicides. I feel a hell of a lot better ever since I cut that stuff out of my diet. The GMO wheat in the US is definitely inferior to that found in other countries. I heard that, besides the herbicide issue, the wheat in the US is GMO to contain significantly more gluten. I've spoken to others who have gluten sensitivity and they were able to tolerate bread in Europe and I had the same experience a couple years ago when I visited.

It's the same with the soy. Everything from Monsanto is bad for you and their crops are in almost everything that's processed and prepackaged.

Where did you go to in Europe ?

Some pretty broad statements here. Are Oreos healthy because they're vegan?

I eat a Green Med/Project Blueprint Diet & supplement routine.

Nothing gasses me ha, but the data on dairy is pretty clear. Sorry I can't twist it because it makes our mouth happy, it's just a less nutritious choice. Same as meat.

Oreos aren´t food they are entertainment. They are vegan ? No dairy in them ?

Vegan ; fruit, vegetable, natural spice, herb, grain, nuts, legumes
Animal based : dairy, meat, fish eggs.
Trash : foods that are highly processed and got +5 ingredients and aditives

Healthy : a plant or an animal. It grew out the ground or it breathed.

Out of whole unporocessed food items my opinion is that it´s healthier to eat 70% plant based and 30% animal based. I don´t follow the rule but I do consider a diet higher in plants than animals to be healthier. Higher amount of animal products is good for building muscle. For just health high protein is not needed. Food also needs to be fresh and not artificially prolonged shelf life.

the data is based on who is trying to pay off their mortage

the guy you cited wants you to buy 100 of his supplements

Not saying his food choices aren´t the good ones

Oreo is vegan for the most part. Some aren't vegan because the sugar they use is filtered through bone. It just makes the sugar white. Vegans can't have procssed white sugar.

It depends.

Vegetables and fruits are way healthier than meats if we're talking about getting fiber, antioxidants, and micronutrients in your body. But for satiety, energy, and muscle building? Meat is way healthier.

Foods have their place.

What micronutrients can you get from veg not in meat?

I don't know. It's a huge list. But even it isn't, humans still need dietary fiber.

little known fact is that eggs meat and dairy are all full of vitamins. I also walked trough half my life thinking vitamins minerals are the stuff in fruits vegetables.

vitamin C

I love meat (no Diddy yo) and dairy but I still somehow feel vegetables and fruits are the purest foods
