Thoughts On Plastic Surgery?

29k for a new chin lol - some people don't have real problems

Depends on which of us was paying the $29K and how the procedures turn out. If she's paying, then it's no big loss to you since you can just dip outta there if she turns out looking like Rocky Dennis.
I'm secretly worried about this as I'm not paying nor would I ever.

buccal fat removal and chin implant

there's less "puff" in her face and the difference in chin is noticeable, but still....why do this?

Btw OP, chin implants are often not very good. A sliding genioplasty is nearly always the better option if only doing chin work.

29k for a chin implant and what sounds like a neck lift is a rip off.

So she's whacked out on painkillers at the moment and is taking 2 weeks off from teaching. Well see how it goes, the bruising on the neck is intense!

Does anyone know the ratio of successful plastic surgeries to unsuccessful?

Worth it as it can enhance and change your life for the better.
