Thoughts On Plastic Surgery?

Depends on which of us was paying the $29K and how the procedures turn out. If she's paying, then it's no big loss to you since you can just dip outta there if she turns out looking like Rocky Dennis.
I'm secretly worried about this as I'm not paying nor would I ever.

buccal fat removal and chin implant

there's less "puff" in her face and the difference in chin is noticeable, but still....why do this?

I am not a huge fan of purely cosmetic surgery, but I try not to judge others as I have dealt with my own insecurities.

I’m having jaw surgery soon with the reasons being functional and aesthetic. My airway and bite are trash so this is the right decision for me without even taking into account the aesthetic gains.

With any aesthetic surgery, if you have a big flaw, then the returns are much higher. My friend just had a rhinoplasty and it has transformed his face in an amazing way. I know many patients who have had terrific results from jaw surgery/genioplasty.

Boob jobs, BBLs, I don’t care for, but I understand why people go under the knife. Unfortunately people can make poor decisions without fully understanding the procedure or overall harmony, and that’s when they end up botched.

I’ve seen tons of people who got rhinoplasties when what they needed was jaw surgery.

Btw OP, chin implants are often not very good. A sliding genioplasty is nearly always the better option if only doing chin work.

29k for a chin implant and what sounds like a neck lift is a rip off.
