What's not to like. It's great on anything and in Alfredo sauce. Also love creamcheese on a crackers with candied jalapeños or sliced jalapeño in half creamcheese and wrapped bacon.

Cream cheese is just high fat dairy ? Like a cross between butter and jogurt ?

If it's single ingredient I think it's fine. Reminds me of mascarpone. I love it in pasta.
