I submit that Ragnarok was the best super hero movie. Except for the first Spider-Man. That was great except for the fact that you could see Willem Dafoe’s mouth moving behind his mask.

My favorite Thor, and for me, one of the best epilogue clips.

Thor and Loki standing together on the Asgardian ship, smiles, future looks bright... they look up and see Thanos ship.

The HORROR that's about to ensue.

Just a chilling ending.

The only one of that group they gave much personality to, probably the reason Portman left was that her character was painfully bland.

If they bring her back it should be as some alien that assumes her form to fuck with Thor.

Why not just make it a semi guardians of galaxy sequel too following on from avengers?
Watch fat thor train with drax to get ripped , resharpening his weapon skills with gamora and her sis , learning new skills with rocket and groot and maybe mantis helps his mental issues
He and quill could finaly get along and he learns a little about leadership etc etc

Gunn was saying that's GOTG 3 is the last time we will see this line-up of Guardians.

Gustaf is actually Stellan Skarsgårds (the actor from Thor 1-2)son. He plays Floki on Vikings (history channel) and is fantastic in his character portrayal.

Natalie Portman just gave us the tiniest sliver of hope she'd return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe

...The ball is in your court, Marvel! If the comic book brand decides to give her a call tomorrow, who knows if Jane Foster could finally fulfill her destiny of picking up Mjolnir and becoming the Goddess of Thunder when Thor is forced to retire? This is the kind of Thor content the world needs right now....

With the creation of Stormbreaker, I'm thinking that they will introduce Beta Ray Bill in the next Thor/Guardians movie.

Makes me think if we see an Asguardians film it will be Thor 4, if Gunn already has an idea in mind he probably wants to stick with his existing cast.

I'm guessing Guardians 3 will feature Adam Warlock given the hint in the second film.

i'd like to see that. Its been rumoured and I think the Russo's have said they are fans of the character.

Personally i doubt it though just because I think the MCU is trending more towards female leads and not another Rocket or Groot, type 'creature' lead and I think Natalie Portman as Thor, if she will take the role is just too big a name for them to ignore her. They won't have both. I, personally, don't want to see Natalie in the role. Not even a little bit. But I do think you will see that mid way thru this next stage, if she wants the role. It seems hers for the taking.

It's a talented family; Alexander Skarsgard is Stellan's eldest son. He played Erik in Tru Blood and Brad, "Iceman" Colbert in Generation Kill:cool:

Sets itself up, to be honest. Two of the more “out there” established Marvel good guys, lots of options to get a 140 minute script written. Presumably they’re teamed up initially, then by twist of fate they’re at odds - maybe over a woman or some magic object or other. Then a new bad guy enters the field and they put their petty squabbles to one side to form an uneasy alliance.

Yeah, it’s been done a zillion times already, but you wouldn’t bet against Marvel doling it out like that yet again.
