This might be the final fight of Cub Swanson's career

Cub has matured a lot over the years. Despite still fighting he's also proven himself a decent coach too. He's one of the last WEC guys still plying their trade in the UFC. If this is his last ride, hopefully he goes out on a win.
I really like what he’s doing as a coach. Hoping he gets the win this weekend

yeah, that's super old for the little guys. and cub hasn't really been fast enough for years now.

Is he the guy to go out on a win though? Unless it is a very good fight.
Which this certainly will be. (mods delete this post! Brainfart.)

The fact him and Aldo are still swinging is incredible. Not many people gave the idea of longevity to the super light weight classes, Cub and Jose prove that theory wrong.

Some of it is probably from excelling at the basics!
Training very hard at that instead of adding to much flair like jumping knee ko's and stuff.
Well you get my point. Keeping it down to the basics at old age and being very good at that.

Can't leave Guida out of that convo imo. Hasn't had the success of Aldo but 21 years in he's still going. Crazy for those lower weights.

Huge respect to Cub. As a 43 year old myself, I can all but guarantee shit's harder for him now than it used to be, but he's still grinding.

Solid journeyman, never ever any controversy around him, seems like a caring husband and father from what I've seen.

Great guy, never meddum.
