And when they don't bring the fight to him...That is somehow Adesanya's fault? You'd blame him instead of his opponent because of a bias.

I think that he felt Izzy's effectiveness was essentially on a downward trend because of how frustrated Rob was in the first compared to later rounds and he was starting to clip Izzy more.

Too bad he didn't have the perspective of the audience because the visual of Israel walking him down the whole fight told a different story

Funniest thing is Beltran somehow scored 2nd for Weedtaker but missed with 4th and 5th

in sticky thread there was someone with blue stripe who posted 4-5 times that it was 4-0. Didnt know we have Bisping in mod stuff

Good chance we see a finish in the Izzy vs Cannonier fight.

Cannonier isn't going to accept defeat or point fight. He is going to bring the fight to Izzy and either catch Izzy or get knocked out (or TKOed) trying.
 
It was close but Izzy threatened and damaged Whittaker more over the fight. Whittaker's own corner said he needed a KO. They begged him to throw his right more. Strangely he went for pointless takedowns late in the fifth. Perhaps he thought he would get another lucky break with the judges?
 
Whittaker fans crying once again, I love it!!

He’ll always be remembered as number 2 and you guys have to deal with that.

Rob lost 1. Maybe lost 2. Clearly won 3, 4,5.

48-47 unless the judges did not count any of the takedowns because not enough damage after the takedowns. Still, jabs and snapping Izzy’s head back should co7 more than the low kicks IMO.
 
Thought Izzy won close live. Bobby did his best to win a points fight like GSP would with the nicely timed takedowns. In the end Izzy got up and fought him off every time.
 
I had it 2 - 2 going into the last round and gave the 5th to Rob. Not going to argue and content with a Adesanya win.
 
Could have gone either way.... In the end i just wish one of em went for it
