Naw, not even a Izzy fan.
Rob only won 2 and 5.

Getting td's and doing nothing or even holding them isn't a sign of prevailing or winning.

Izzy got up right away on those td's.
 
It was close in the sense of Izzy not taking any rounds in 2,3,4,5 comfortably, but still him being the rightful winner of most of those rounds.

Really so you had it 49-46? Which of the 4 rounds above did you give him? I had it split 2 a piece which made it 3-2 overall.
 
Rob 2,3,5. I don't know what judges watch. And commentary team seems to be always biased towards Izzy.
WTF.
I like both but objectively looking what the hell scored rounds for Izzy? Few light taps, few calf kicks and hard kick to the leg versus Rob's punches to the head (some hard) and takedowns. I don't get it.
 
lol? I hate Adesanya, I've just watched the fight and Robert looked like an amateur there. He basically fought to not get knocked the fuck out.

Round 5 is the only round I’d confidently give Whittaker.

Granted round 2 is kindaaa {<shrug} but Id still give it to Izzy.

You are right that was really funny vs Jan. Watching the fight and then just listening to the audio <Lmaoo>

It just shows again that the commentators get a direction how to commentate a fight before it starts. There is a clear narration for most high profile fights who is expected to win. Most obvious I think was Cyborg vs Spencer were the commentators literally ignored every hit by Cyborg.

Adesanya contrary to the UFC commentator team isnt some stand up marvel. He is very good at using his reach advantage but thats basically it. If that is negated like vs. Jan its a very different game. He relies heavily on the opponent bringing the fight thats why he couldnt even finish old ass Silva. He is nowhere as exciting as other competent strikers like Yann or TJ.
 
Its clear Bisping has some hate for Whittaker. Hes like' That was a better attempt'. F off.

Did you miss the Costa fight? you missed the analysts saying all week if you sit back Izzy will just pick you apart? You missed Rob 1, Tavares, Vetorri, Wilkinson, Romero?

Did you miss round 1 of this fight where Izzy started picking Rob apart because he didn't do much?

Big rob fan. Don't like izzy. I thought it was close but izzy won. Landed cleaner better strikes. Pressed forward way more. More volume. Yes Rob got some takedowns but what did he really do with them? Not much. Takedown are scored way too high in mma imo. Close and proud of Rob but izY won.
 
Adesanya did more robotic karate poses and gamer body movements. That puts him over the top.

I had Izzy winning clear as day to me
3 people I was watching it with all thought he won as well so who knows
 
im biased because i wanted whittaker to win,but watching the fight and at the end of it I wasnt expecting him to win. I was hoping for draw,but the result was correct. I thought to win rob had had to connect more and those takedowns had little to no impact. Idk why rob didnt use his right hand much neither
