It was a company-mandated course, so I'm on short-term disability getting paid for the two weeks. I'm a bachelor, but by the time I found out a girl I'm starting to see had spent the night. She got tested too and she's in the clear.

It does suck though haha. Transferred a buddy money and he left a case of beer on my doorstep for the night. The local pub (where they know me) left a pizza on the doorstep too and put it on a tab for me to come in and pay when the stupid quarantine is done. It's frustrating but at least the company was willing to pay for me to be off work rather than making me go to work and spreading it (if I did happen to be positive).

I just got released to the public after getting infected. Personally, I enjoyed my 12 days at home because I'm more of a homebody. But, I got paid for it so that probably helps.

I'm a little jealous. I just checked, it's currently 27 degrees here (about -2 for those who think in metric). You'd have to bundle up pretty seriously to watch fights outside. Not that it couldn't be done, but I'll just stay inside where it's warm, thanks.
