Too small.

6"1, short reach only 240lbs.

Maybe if he was an elite wrestler as well or if he was 6"5 and 270lbs. But I dont believe his size is enough in this era

If he lost 10lbs of fat he be 230lbs on fight night and could make that 25lb water weight cut no problem. I would go to LHW if I was him. At LHW he will be a tiny below average height though.

HW is becoming a 6"3 to 6"5 division with long reach and being 245lbs all muscle to 290lbs of muscle and fat. Gane is only so light becauae he has no fat on him.

Isnt that Gane? 245lbs only he is 6"4 & 1/2 with long arms

230lb fighters are LHWs. Even when Fedor was fighting other "HWs" most like Lindland, Randleman, Bader, Sonnen, Babalu, Arona, Coleman were all below 230lbs or 235lbs for sure.

LHWs range from 205lbs to 233lbs or so. Most seem to be 212lbs to 235lbs max.
 
You may beat Bones but I don't see ANYBODY running through him, outside of a McConman/Aldo anomaly.

I agree a HW contender usually should be a minimum 250 but Bilostenniy due to his unmatched speed is an exception to that.

Definitely a future champion. There are no HWs that even remotely mirror his speed.

Yeah, with thick legs like that, I'd expect him to be that heavy. Does change the fact he is in that inbetween size. Maybe his speed will make up for it, maybe not. But we do know it has to at least try and make up for it.

Yeah, the thick big boy legs with normal 205 torso's are tough to find a home with the only choices being 205 and 265.

182cm is a little over 5'11" ... and that's what he's listed at so he's probably closer to 5'9" than he is 5'11"

My quick google search said 6’1, didn’t catch his height on the video

Makes sense though, he looked small

What we really need is a photo of him next to Joe Rogan, that's the only way to measure height reliably .
