He fights at 238 which is more than Stipe has weighed in at for his last three fights.

I agree a HW contender usually should be a minimum 250 but Bilostenniy due to his unmatched speed is an exception to that.

Definitely a future champion. There are no HWs that even remotely mirror his speed.

In the video it says he's 182cm which is actually 1cm short of 6'.

Cro-Cop had the same problem in the UFC. He was a decently sized HW in PED, in mean PRIDE, but with drug testing, not as much. When he first got to the UFC, a lot of people wanted him to fight Chuck Liddell, but Mirko said he'd have to chop a leg off to make 205.

so far D-1 francis took down a long lanky striker with questionable ground game.

i'm not sold on big franks wrestling just yet.

His take down defense has certainly improved as well as his takedowns. And he is using it when needed.

so he gets some credit and an atta boy for that. not hatin. but that's only part of it.

To my surprise he does have like 4 submission wins, but nothin since 2016, likely due to better competition.

is it safe to assume , pound for pound , conrad of all people, has a better ground game than francis ??

Sure but saying that he would crush the best UFC HW is just nonsense... also, you can't really know how good is someone until he competes among the best.
